Description:
The matte and drum side of the copper foil go through different treatment cycles so that the copper could be suitable for PCB fabrication. The treatments enhance adhesion between the copper and dielectric interlayer during copper clad lamination process. Another advantage of the treatments is to act as anti-tarnish agents by slowing down oxidation of copper.Thin copper foils are either produced by electrodeposition or rolling. For electrodeposition high grade copper has to be dissolved in an acid to produce a copper electrolyte. This electrolyte solution is pumped into partially immersed, rotating drums which are electrically charged. On these drums a thin film of copper is electrodeposited. This process is also known as plating.
Copper is a great material of shielded signal. Widely used for rf cage /MRI room installations, building roof to protect out of oxidization.

Application
ED Shielding Copper Foil is pretty popular in rf cage installation, because of its super width 1320mm,
engineers can make wider copper panels and less copper panels connections can make less gaps between two panels.
It will have better shielding frequency than more gaps rf cage.
There are two main installation ways of RF cage building.
First option :
ED copper foil 1320mm -basic step- Make Wooden Panel +Put copper foil Covered wooden frame +assemle copper foil wooden panel together.
Second option :
RA copper foil 600mm- basic step - Make bending edges of copper sheet + Fix sheets on wood walls + welding edges of 2 pcs sheets together.
