The JOVVI High-Attenuation MRI Window delivers 110 dB RF attenuation across the 10 MHz to 130 MHz frequency band, providing enhanced shielding for installations with demanding RF integrity requirements. This attenuation level exceeds typical MRI vendor specifications of 90–100 dB, offering an extra margin of protection against external RF interference.
The enhanced performance is achieved through the use of 60 mesh per inch brass wire mesh, providing finer shielding than standard 36 mesh windows. The higher mesh density increases attenuation while maintaining optical clarity suitable for patient observation. The window incorporates the same black-painted mesh treatment that reduces glare and visual artifacts.
