The window maintains 100–110 dB RF attenuation across the 10 MHz to 130 MHz frequency band through the brass mesh shielding layer. The mesh uses 36 or 60 mesh per inch construction with black coating to reduce glare. The 5mm tempered glass and 8mm insulating hollow glass provide structural strength and acoustic insulation.
