The JOVVI MRI Window for 3.0T Systems provides enhanced shielding performance for high-field MRI applications, with 100–110 dB RF attenuation across the 10 MHz to 130 MHz frequency band. Higher field strengths require more stringent RF shielding to maintain image quality and prevent interference with sensitive receiver systems.
The window uses 60 mesh per inch brass wire mesh for enhanced attenuation, with the black coating reducing glare. The construction achieves 98.5% transparency with 5mm tempered glass and 8mm insulating hollow glass. The frame is copper-plated for electrical continuity with the Faraday cage.
This window is particularly suitable for high-field MRI installations where image quality is critical for diagnostic confidence, facilities conducting advanced research requiring maximum shielding integrity, and installations located near electromagnetic interference sources.
