Jovvi begins with Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) bar stock from ISO 13485-certified suppliers. Each batch includes a Mill Test Report (MTR) confirming:
- Composition: 90% Ti, 6% Al, 4% V, < 0.25% Fe, < 0.2% O (maximum)
- Tensile strength: 950–1100 MPa
- Hardness: 34–38 HRC (before heat treatment)
- No ferromagnetic inclusions (>0.01% Fe triggers rejection)
Factory quality check: XRF spectrometer verifies composition on every bar before machining.

- Beam: Grade 23 Ti (extra‑low interstitials for low‑temperature toughness)
- Spring: Beryllium copper (Cu‑Be) – non‑magnetic, stable spring rate
- Handle: Anodized aluminum (non‑magnetic)
- Calibration: Each wrench tested at 5 points (1, 3, 5, 7, 9 N·m) ±5%

- Batch number (links to MTR, machining records, heat treatment log)
