JVVMED-DUHCS75-RFM adopts a complete isolation protection design and features a clean arc stainless steel inner cavity, which fully meets the requirements for positron radiopharmography synthesis. The high standards of lead shielding and biological cleanliness are essential not only to comply with radiation safety environmental standards but also to ensure a cGMP clean pharmaceutical environment during the synthesis of positron radiopharmoneuticals.
The hot chamber consists of three main parts:
- The control area is situated in the upper section of the hot chamber and includes an independent ventilation system, hot chamber control unit, gas valve, and radiation dose monitoring and interlocking unit.
- The working area is located in the middle part of the hot chamber, and access for the operator is through opening the front shield door. The spacious internal design is capable of accommodating all synthesizers available on the market.
- The auxiliary area is positioned at the lower part of the hot chamber, ensuring it can fulfill the auxiliary function requirements of the hot chamber.
